Refunds and Returns Policy for BlueLightsGuard

Thank you for shopping with BlueLightsGuard, operated by Jahana. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our Refunds and Returns Policy provides clear guidelines on how you can return products and obtain a refund. Please read the policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return products purchased from BlueLightsGuard under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received the product.
  • The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and any promotional items (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use.
  • Products without the original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, any product that has been used cannot be returned.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon delivery, defective, or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.

6. Refund Process

If your return is approved, the following steps apply:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during your purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

9. Cancellations
